By using the website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
BH postcode free delivery will be for 2nd class post where items are wrapped in tissue. Local delivery goes out once or twice a week. For a more speedy delivery please upgrade.
Orders will be delivered as stock becomes available. Most items are in stock but many are bespoke and made to order. Please check availability. Items will be made and dispatched within approx. 2 weeks but there may be a delay if supplies cannot be sourced or hallmarking is required.
All returns are to be made within 14 days of an order being placed and must be returned unworn and unopened. Earrings can only be returned if the postage box seal has not been removed. It is essential that proof of posting and signed for delivery is used to ensure a safe return of your item. If earrings are worn they will not be accepted as a return due to hygiene reasons. Returns are not accepted for bespoke items.
Customers are responsible for paying p&p for returns.
Bespoke orders: 100% payment must be made before a bespoke order can be commenced.
If placing an order for a bespoke seaglass piece of jewellery you must first sign the acceptance form before work will commence on your pieces.
When placing an order it is requirement that you provide an e-mail for order confirmation, a recipient name and address for delivery. Your details will only be held to fullfill your delivery.
Returns are not accepted on bespoke items.
International orders: custom and import charges are payable by the sender in the destination country if applicable.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your name and addresss will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and delivering your items to you or your selected recipient.
